I really like scrambled, poached and fried a lot. An omelet would be my last choice. If I had an omelet, it would be large and be the whole meal.

I'd say sunny side up, but out of the ways you mentioned, only scrambled. I've never had an omelet nor "poached" eggs(I'm not sure what that means). I do care to try, though. And not only chicken eggs--duck, geese (perhaps), turkey, etc.

i hope these will do
scrambled eggs
Eggs with the yolks and whites beaten together and cooked to a firm but soft consistency.
Poached egg
A Poached egg is an egg that has been cooked in very hot but not boiling water, until the egg white has mostly congealed, but the yolk remains soft. A small amount of white vinegar may be added to the water to keep the egg white from spreading out.
The advantage of poached eggs over other types of cooked eggs is that no oil or fat is used to cook them and so they are healthier than other methods.
Poached eggs are used in Eggs Benedict and Eggs Florentine.
Fried egg
"Fried Eggs" usually refers to eggs prepared so that the yolk is not broken
Omelet
Egg whisked and fried. May be plain or filled with mushrooms, bacon, cheese, etc. Spanish omelette (tortilla) is filled with potato. Name probably derived from a dish of eggs with honey and pepper prepared by Apicius, which he called ovemele (egg honey)

Can't go wrong with eggs....any way you do them. If you don't have a chicken, eat eggs (Old song!). My favorite is poached, but softly fried are almost as good. Most people prefer scrambled, and then you add goodies like sauted veggies and cheese to them.

Omelet (soft). Whites only. Sharp cheddar cheese. No egg beaters please. Poached is the healthiest though...
P.S. There are 101 folds in a chefs toque to signify the number of ways to prepare an egg.
