No, I have no reason to feel guilt for something I didn't do. It would be like me feeling guilty for a sin someone I know did. It is not my responsibility to feel the guilt someone else should be carrying. I have my own guilt for the sins I have done.

Each person, including Adam and Eve, are accountable for their own sins not those of other people. Each person makes their own choices and are responsible for the choices they make. Each of us has enough guilt of our own without taking on the guilt of others.

1/ Adam and Eve are just a legend.
2/ What did they seem to do wrong - i cannot see anything wrong in what they did. All knowledge is valid
3/ Sin is a religious creation to trap us into blind obedience.

No. The Quran tells that after they made their sin, they repented and God forgave them.
There is no need for me to feel guilt if my father, grandfather, or any of my ancestor made a mistake. It's his not mine.
Peace/salaam.

We do not carry the sins of the fathers.
The Lord said all souls are his, we can not blame our fathers for our behavior. That proveb no longer is just...your sins are your sins...as is your fathers.
Ezekiel 18
1The word of the LORD came unto me again, saying,
2What mean ye, that ye use this proverb concerning the land of Israel, saying, The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge?
3As I live, saith the Lord GOD, ye shall not have occasion any more to use this proverb in Israel.
4Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

no. I consider that story a fable and I think it's a crappy basis for women being inferior to men and for women to be born with original sin. Why should anyone feel guilty about their religion?

absolutely not!! i wasnt there, i had nothing to do with it (not to say i would have done different). dont open this can of worms. this 1 just leads into are we responsible for the sins of our fathers. 'havnt been there havnt done that'. we need to be aware of our past, not obsess with/over it. i do not care for yesterday, i want to live for today

No, why should I? I don't feel guilty for things that I didn't have a part in, nor do I feel like I should pay for others' mistakes.
