i erally don't like taking medicine for things like this,
but i can't go to sleep,
thus making it unable to sleep it off,
i think it is makeing me feel sick,
like a have a cold,
i have stuff to do tonight,
any ideas on how to get rid of it and feel better by 4 'o clock?

my neck is starting to kinda hurt too,
like when i lay down,
it is like sore,
so i can't sleep it off,
should i just take motrin or something,
[i usually don't take medicine for tings like this]

When you feel it 'coming on'(I guess it's already there), brush it off:
Start above an eyebrow, draw your fingertips or a stiffish hairbrush over your head, back over your ear and down the back of your neck.
Repeat, starting a little to the right of the previous stroke.
Do the same above the other eyebrow until you've covered your head.
Half an hour later, repeat the process.

Try using a pressure point- use your thumb and index finger to massage the point inbetween the index finger and thumb of your other hand. Works for me. Do this for about 5-10 minutes or till it works. Good luck! Hey, you could have a sinus infection too.

I suffer from migraines. I have found that when I am dehydrated I am likely to have one. Try drinking a lot of water.
