I'll say just live like there is no tomorrow ,remember that we only have one life to live so why worry about it. I will also say if I did know exactly when I was going to die I would make sure I was very happy right till the end. Use whatever makes you feel good, if its weed, pills, lsd, or morphine, in other words go out happy! My birthday is the 19th of this month, I don't always get what I want but who cares, the point is we are still here. Right? Why did you ask that question? You can't be that depressed, I hope. You can also email me if you need some good answers, I used to feel like that too.

Well in that case whats the point of celebrating any kind of day? You were brought into this world for a purpose. God made you for His purpose and knows what He would like for you to do in your life. Your parents don't necessarily celebrate that you are alive one more year, but that you were a precious life created by God though them. A life being created out of nothing is a true miracle of God and death in this life is inevitable unless you have excepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior and you are alive when He comes to take us away in the rapture. The Bible says that not everyone will see death, but some will be taken up to meet Jesus in the air and be with God in Heaven. Those that have die before this who are believers will already be in heaven waiting.
Death is a real thing, but it was conquered by Jesus when He died on the Cross for us. We have a choice to make. Life or death. Choose life and celebrate Jesus.
I guess you could celebrate your birthday knowing that you are one year closer to being with Jesus. Amen?

It's not celebrating the inevitable approach of death, that is the wrong way of looking at it....it is celebrating the fact that the person has survived an entire year without dying. It is an impressive feat, no matter what age you are...

You're reading history backwards. Try reading it forwards:

You weren't alive for a long, long time.

You're a living human now. At a time when it's pretty good to be alive in a place where it's pretty good to be alive. Enjoy it. Make it worthwhile.

In the future, you won't be alive again. Nobody will care one way or another, UNLESS you made a difference in their lives.

So if the future concerns you, apply yourself to improving the lives of people who haven't lived yet.

Otherwise, try at least not making the lives of other humans who are alive with you now any worse, mkay?

Yesterday was my birthday ... my 18th birthday ... I really hate all this stuff ... but I remind myself everyday that God helped me and I have a beautiful age and I must value life now because Death it's aproaching ... and you never know how many years you'll live. A birthday is a special moment

If you really think about every DAY is one day closer to death. Only God knows when it's going to happen. So, with every birthday you should celebrate your LIFE!

Because! You're supposed to enjoy the fact that you're alive, and are actually living to turn another year old! You have no idea how lucky you are! Admittedly birthdays can be a bit depressing sometimes, but just see it as luck that you're still alive.

Well, we celebrate with a song - one of my favorite songs.

here's the lyrics:

ISN'T IT GRAND

Look at the coffin with golden handles
Isn't it grand boys to be bloody well dead?

Chorus:
Let's not have a sniffle, let's have a bloody good cry
And always remember the longer you live, the sooner you'll bloody well die

Look at the flowers, all bloody withered
Isn't it grand boys to be bloody well dead?

Look at the preacher, bloody nice fellow (bloody sanctimonious)
Isn't it grand boys to be bloody well dead?

Look at the mourners, bllody great hippocrites
Isn't it grand boys to be bloody well dead?

Look at the widow, bloody great female
Isn't it grand boys to be bloody well dead?

I celebrating life such a problem for you?
