not really high maybe 150 mg per serving. remember that 70% of the total cholesterol value is based on your genetics. the dietary cholesterol intake has very little effect on the total cholesterol value. cholesterol itself does not cause health problems it is the CARRIER of cholesterol that does. the good carrier of cholesterol are high density lipoproteins (HDL) and the bad carrier of cholesterol are low density lipoproteins (HDL). the ratio of HDL:LDL is more important than the total cholesterol value. in terms of health and watching what you eat a high intake of simple sugars (like HFCS) and processed foods is much more detrimental to the health than is cholesterol.
