Well, usually when you dream URSELF as naked, it is interpreted that you are afraid to show your true inner self or ur vulnerable side to other people.
Tht's why u are always hiding or afraid to show ur naked body.
Usually, in those dreams, the people who actually see you naked always react indifferent. This means that people will not laugh at you if u reveal ur true self anyways-- it is you who are afraid to reveal it to them.
So i guess when u dream of OTHER people naked, maybe u subconciously think that they are not being their true selves, or are hiding something from you.. You subconciously wish to know what, or who they truly are.
OR..
U view your co-workers as very confident people who are not afraid to be themselves..
