I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but:
Epistle to the Galatians 3:26 "For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise."

There isn't a quote that says that specifically, but rather that all people have the right to be on a level playing field as far as salvation is concerned. No matter our background or what we've done we're all eligible to receive the love of God or to deny Him.
Examples: 1 Corinthians 6:9-11:
"9-Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders 10-nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11-And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God." (NIV)
Ezekiel 33:20: "Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways." (ASV)
We're all equal in that we're judged the same and offered the same salvation, but the Bible authors note that different people are in different circumstances with different socio-economic statuses with different sins.

One has to believe that we have a single, unique God that created us. Therefore 1 John 3:1 says - " ...we should be called children of God." We are not different from one another. We are all the same - children.
Paul extends this a bit further in Galtians 3:26 - " ...we are sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus." One also knows from Genesis that God created it ALL including satan and all the angels. Human beings are one step above the angels which is why satan became enraged.
