You can use the 195/75R14 tires. You will want to have the vehicle computer reset to adjust for the change in tire size. Any Qualified mechanic with the correct scanner (either from Chrysler or a tool company like Snap-on) can reset the computer in a matter of minutes!

If the tires are mounted on the correct kind of wheels (like right offset) will be ok, but the speedometer will be reading 2.3% faster than with the original tires (when you speedometer reads 60 mph, you will be actually traveling at 58.6 mph for example).
