Hole in my lip?

12/15/06: I had my tongue pierced, but my upper lip was also pierced by proxy. My upper lip had a ragged hole in it that seemed like it would rip open

Same as what I said about the "holes in your chin dream". Hole in your lip represents the same thing. There is something that you have been "speaking" which is reflecting some kind of pain or past conflict in your life.
