Do any of you have any recommendations? books? advise on how to get started. I mean, I import a video.. and instead of it moving.. it just stays stiff while the audio still plays. O.o So, yeah.. I'm in need of some assistance...

I would greatly appreciate your attention on this. If any of you are a pro on this, how did you make it to understand the complexity of this program?
(lol, i'm usedto WMM .. so yeah, it's complex compared to that.. )

capturing video requires almost all of the computer resources. you need to disconnect from internet and shut down all other processes. generally, having stalls in the video display does not mean it is not capturing, it means that there is not enough processor time left over to generate the screen display. check the file after capture, it may play just fine. also there should be a report of dropped frames, if that is none or just a few, you are ok.
