Why is it when someone and I won't name names asks a question about hunting and then sends an email to another who diagrees with him and then blocks him so he can not reply? Seems to me if you really want to debate about it you would not do that. What kind of answers to you expect to get when asking about anti hunting in a hunting forum? If you do not have the yahoos to expect someone to disagree with then why ask it? Seems to me that unless you agree with the question you are shunned. Very childish and one sided.

I asked a question about the anti’s that may or may not help explain their strange ways.

And so far I have a few good answers.

I thinks they are just out to harass hunters and gun owners. And many states in the USA have law to protect hunters from harassment, Yahoo has rules against harassment; but these people ignore all that.
Shows what kind of menacing mind they have.
Thank goodness they are only a small percentage of Americans; 22% or less, whereas pro-hunter is around 78%. Here is a link for those stats;
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-hunting

Personally I have about zero respect for them.
For these are they types who throw blood on people with fur coats, brake windows on a hunter truck, and some have actually committed acts of domestic terrorism. Such as burning down a ski resort; http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/11/10/60minutes/main1036067.shtml

I think the reason they will not answer you email is because they are cowards.

I have seen on these forums hunters and fishermen go to great lengths to teach the anti’s, with facts and data to back them up. But the Anti is not the least interested in any facts, just like a terrorist they are out to hurt others and try to destroy their way of life.

and how does that person sense with reference to the techniques chickens, pigs, and pink meat livestock are killed? those are much less humane than looking! Have they ever been to a slaughterhouse? i'm hoping the guy who left you that remark is a vegan. whether they are, what approximately all the animals killed by making use of habitat misplaced to agriculture? the place does this person think of that vegetables come from? they are grown on land that maximum flora and fauna can now no longer use because of way contemporary farming (agribusiness) is finished. What with reference to the fact that flora are alive, too? What with reference to the bacteria that infect those with ailments? do no longer they have an precise to stay, too? additionally, the standard public of deer die from starvation, predation, or freezing. Being shot by making use of a hunter is plenty extra humane for the deer. would this person delight in being attacked by making use of a mountain lion and in part eaten whilst they are nonetheless alive? Or ravenous or freezing to dying? No residing ingredient can exist devoid of straight away or in a roundabout way killing another residing issues. there's no longer something incorrect approximately this. it is the way existence has worked ever because of the fact that there has been existence.

I agree with the others.
But what I would like to know is why Yahoo will not do anything about it.
I know of many hunters who have reported the anti’s and the anti is still on the hunting forum harassing us.

And I have seen questions directed at the anti and they won’t answer it.
They should be banned from answers completely!

We hunters, fishermen and gun owners should get together and email Yahoo and respectfully request they do something!

Yes that IS chicken s-it!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now it seems they are here giving thumbs down on our answers. Such pond scum!

There just afraid of a debate, if it looks bad, there outta there.
Absolutely nothing wrong w/hunting or fishing, a REAL hunter wastes very little to nothing of the animal they have harvested.
Good Hunting All

I agree with you 100%.* They can't stand the truth, and will say anything to get a defensive reply from us.* The truth is No Hunter, Shooter, Sportsman, Conservationists never ever has to justify or apologize to Anyone, Anywhere, at Anytime for participating in their beloved Sport.* That is all that needs to be said to those who choose not to Hunt.* Some people choose to Hunt and Some people choose not to Hunt.* Remember you cannot reason with unreasonable people.* They have eyes , but they do not see.* They lack common sense and relish baiting those in the hope of getting a rabid response from Hunters and Shooters.* Let us strive to ignore their ranting & raving and not lower ourselves by doing the same thing they are doing.* Hunting is for Hunters.*

Because they are Hit & Run COWARDS......I had this happen to me just yesterday (Thoughts on hunting ?)...I must have hit a nerve as this troll from Ireland blocked me and my ability to answer then sent me a scathing e-mail about how screwed up I was and the explanation for my feelings being based solely on the fact that I am a lifetime Hunter and member of the NRA... Then went on about that I don't believe myself or what I tell others, about hunting being a neccessary and good thing and I am brainwashed ...lol.You are 100% correct in your observation..They come here in the Hunting Category, and attack us then expect us to roll over and play dead..Hit..then run and hide...Cowards ALL.......

I expect a "WAVE" of Thumbs Down" on the horizon, headed our way...lol Funny thing though...NOT ONE of "them" would be able to deal with a one of "us" , on a one on one personal debate on the issues, without something for them to hide behind.......

I can’t stand the anti-hunters as well they exemplify the old saying; “better be thought of as a fool than to open your mouth and confirm it.”

Oh and Bobbo342 Al Sharpton is for PETA.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al_Sharpton
“Sharpton has also spoken out against cruelty to animals in a video recorded for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).”

So I don’t think he will be much help lol

Well JD I may be old but I still have my surf board of my youth to ride that WAVE you spoke of!
Ha ha ha!

The majority of anti-hunters aren't trying to debate, they're trying to throw their misguided opinions in your face. When they see there's a good chance they'll lose their argument, survival instinct kicks in and they don't let the other person respond. It happens all the time.

Also, anti-hunting answers, as well as questions, in the hunting section are a violation of Yahoo! community guidelines, and should be reported as such.

And heaven forbid if they actually had some sort of source or reference to back them up. They just do not want to get caught with their pants down around their ankles and their thumbs up their @$$. That were they can put their thumbs down anyway.

I am on the phone with Al Sharpton. We'll get this taken care of. I have a meeting with the Bob's as well.

I totally agree with you, some people only want to have their views agreed with and aren't mature enough to have a fully adult two way conversation.
