In Italian is "Pizzaiolo" but there is an English definition for that?I can't find it in the Dictionary...

Baker.
A baker makes not only pizza, though, but any type of baked goods like bread, rolls, muffins, cake, etc... There is no English word to express the idea of a man who makes only pizza, as a profession or otherwise.
EDIT: BTW, "pizza maker" might be confusing to some because it could also be the name of an electronic device in which pizza is heated. I used one last evening, you place your crust on it, fix your toppings, put the lid on and plug it in. It's called a pizza maker, at least that is what I call it.
