Slipped on ice hit back lower rib and L arm muscle?

5 days ago, no bruise, pain and some burning. how long does it take to heal? Hurts to move.

Stabbing pain, when moving in and out of chair or bed,

Thank you gillan indeed the xray shows a fractured rib. Physician increased Pain medicine. It will heal itself in time. The stabbing Pain was severe.

If their is NO signs of injury, bruise, pain, just burning or heat, give it another week. Mind you it hurts to move, so if it has not settled in a week seek Medical Attention. Happy Xmas
