I'm a right minger,don't know how to talk to women or impress them,I've been laughed at by girls all my life..my confidence is completely shot..I will never find a woman who I can completely trust..has anyone else said goodbye to romance?

Look dont be silly.How can you say that you will never find a woman you can trust? Just because you have been let down before that doesnt mean you will never find someone.Of course you will.

Yes, I just decided that I want to be on my own and I've been really happy ever since. I fill my life with lots of interesting things to do and have a good social life.
You, on the other hand, appear to have lost hope. Not a good place to make decisions from. Get some tips on improving your appearance, read some literature on how to go about making the fine art of conversation and dating women. As for the confidence issue - either get some counseling or go work out. The trust thing - you get to know people over time. Nothing wrong with being cautious, but believing you'll never find a woman you can trust, you need to get rid of that belief. It's holding you back.

Listen.......I don't know what happen too you or who in fact hurt your feelings. What I do know is that there is someone out there for everyone, whether you feel that way or not. Why your confidence is shot I'll never know, but your spirit needs to be up there in order for you to move on and find someone worth your time. Confidence, self-esteem and your personality run hand in hand. Whoever, you just broke up with doesn't stop you from living out the rest of your life to the fullest. Pick yourself up and keep it moving, live life to your standard. Some of the most influential people are the ones who choose to blaze a trail that is different from everyone elses. Stop talking yourself out of your own happiness, because when it's all over the only person that's going to regret not doing anything is you. Life is too short to think the way you do.
It's not about how many times you get laughed at or shot down by women, it's about how you can keep getting up after they've said and done their worst. The woman you've been looking for will come when you least expect it.

Sorry, chap, but since I'm from the States, I read "right minger" as "right-winger" ("Minger" isn't really common slang around here. Neither is the adjective "right" for that matter). I was going to tell you to just live with it, since no one in their right mind would sleep with a right-winger anyway, but then I realized what you meant. So look on the bright side... at least your not a Republican. There's still hope!

You're going to a tough time now but things get better.In high school I had only FRIENDS w/ ladies I liked. It sucked soo much b/c my bro was a Don Juan type. Then I joined the service and while in San Diego I got older and found myself. So as I did girls came most times without me doing anything. Now back in college I'm lucky sometimes to have ladies lust over me sometimes. But I found that being yourself is the best way to go about meeting a nice young lady in life.

Please don't blame it on a female or in other words it may have been a certain someone in your life who changed who you were suppose to become and made you what you are. do something constructive, make urself look better, for men it isn't really difficult, just dress better and get a better haircut
don't be obscenely overweight, in fact, trim ur body down
that should do about 70% of the trick
the rest is experience, and being able to get shot down but not take it too seriously
those are the pre requisites of the dating ritual, if u can't handle that, u can't date

Never is long time. You'll be surprised how things can change. Stop trying to impress women and just talk to them. Don't give up. There's bound to be a kindred spirit out there for you.

You need to:
1) talk to a psychiatrist
2) find a hobby where you can build some self-esteem
3) get a book about how to talk to people, on the art of conversation
4) pleasure yourself as necessary
5) do no harm.
