I was interested in researching those who were drafted from downey california with the united states army. .They went off from the induction center in Los Angeles California on July 1970 to Fort Ord California.Is there any place online you could get the names of those who were sent off from there?

I have come across lists like that for WWII while doing other research. have not come across any for VietNam. Be creative on the search line and you might find something. That's how I have found some obscure stuff.

check with the selective service if they still have one there. you can check the Viet nams vets vitural wall and see those killed in action from California.
