Ok if i'm not pregnant more likely I have P.I.D I just want to know the symptoms.And is side pain associated with it?

I had it already before I couldn't finish taking the pills due to the pills making me sick.I had a doctor appointment back in September to test for Std's & they found nothing.It's really scary because what if I am pregnant too?
Is that possible?

Megan,
Seek medical attention as soon as possible. If you think you have PID, it is serious and so is a pregnancy so either way, see the doctor.

Abdominal, pelvic pain, whitish/yellow thick discharge, &, if advanced, fever.
If you even think you might have PID, you need to see a doctor soon! Prolonged, untreated PID is a leading cause of infertility. You can also easily infect your partner.
Caught early enough, simply antibiotics can treat it.

the biggest sign I have seen, is the PID Shuffle; walking without moving your hips, slightly bent over and holding(cradling) the abdomen. This is the biggest outward symptom, this one goes along with the discharge and pain you will experience. See a physician ASAP, this can cause sterility.

I agree with the others, but the side pain could be ovulation pain or perhaps an ovarian cyst - good to check for those, too. Don't be afraid to suggest things to your gyn - they never think of everything.

Pain and discharge. Or none at all...you need an appointment.
