There are way too many factors involved that you don't mention in your question to give you an answer, other than that social security and medicare will take 7.65% total, or $36.72. Other deductions depend on where you live and what you put on your W-4. Go to paycheckcity.com and enter your info, and it will give you a good estimate.

Read IRS Publication 15 and the similar publication for your state. Social Security tax is withheld at 7.65%.
