This just started in the past year. I am a very happy content person. No major drama in my life. I also remember all of my dreams in detail, they are in color too. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could tone down my outwordly reactions to my dreams. I am keeping my poor husband up all night.

You seem to vent your emotions in your dreams. You could start expressing your emotions more while awake through talking, writing, or other types of expression. Meditation/prayer may help you relax more. Exercise might release some of your pent up energy. I meditate on emotions to clear them out. Eating healthy and not overindulging will give you more personal control. All these things I mention will make you stronger and more in control spiritually. Dreams and sleep have a lot to do with the spiritual.
