So sorry about this. What's up with this guy is that, yes, he has a mental problem, and it's called thinking with his anatomy.
Do not believe him. Dump him and move on. He'll be a headache for any girl he meets. Let it go.

This "boy" is just trying to get as many girls as he can, STOP fooling around with him and if you had sex with him go get a test AIDS, because he is a dangerous guy to have in your life, you are worth more to your love ones, and family stop being his girl and find someone who will love you and respect you as a young lady. He does not and will not and I'm sure he tells every girl that just to get them into the bed. Stop being stupid as we all have once or twice in our life you can stop it before you get hurt. no they dont have mental problem ,,but they have some mental tension when they dont have any girlfriend
dats y they keep on proposing random girls in a misconception dat is they propose say 10 girls then one from them cud say yes and become his girlfriend

i have tried to explain this for years. men view sex as a bodily function and with out emotion while women often view sex as this ultimate act of love. the male of almost all species looks for volume /quantity because of his almost unlimited number of sperm and females including most women look for quality due to their limited number of eggs. since the ultimate goal of sex is reproduction men /males have millions of opportunities based on this number of sperm and could reproduce daily for years if given the opportunity females/ women have a much more limited Chance ovulate once a month 9 months to deliver they have much less chance to reproduce. so it really comes down to biology and this is most important boys/ men are PIGS until they finally grow up which takes much longer for us than for women

Until you are an adult, and having adult relationships with men you know quite well, don't take words of "love" too seriously.
