To have homosexual attractions is not sinful.

To practice homosexual coupling is gravely sinful; it is listed among the practices that exclude a person from heaven:

I Cor 6:9: Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

Anyone who has honestly studied the sociology of homosexuality shows that the typical male homosexual has hundreds of sexual partners. This is how AIDS and other STDs are spread--the CDC calls it MSM, short for "men who have sex with men."

To hate homosexuals is sinful, since Christians are commanded to love sinners. However, it is less sinful than practicing homosexuality, since it is not specifically condemned in scripture.

To hate the sin of homosexuality is virtuous; even God hates sin.

Deuteronomy 12:31: You must not worship the LORD your God in their way, because in worshiping their gods, they do all kinds of detestable things the LORD hates. They even burn their sons and daughters in the fire as sacrifices to their gods.

Although I'm a Christian, I'm not a fundamentalist. Homosexuality does qualify as a sin, Biblically speaking. But to hate homosexualsis wrong. Jesus never peached "hate people who are comitting sins."

Not a fundamentalist, but I will answer.

It is not a sin to be a homosexual, as long as you live a chaste life. This does not mean that you cannot have a loving relationship with someone of the same sex as you. Just don't let the relationship go to sex.

Hate is a sin.

im no fundamentalist but I could think it's a safe bet that homosexuals are more sinful in most fundamentalists eyes, in fact true fundamentalists would find hating homosexuals a virtue

If one is to belive in the Bible then one should as the Bible says----hate what God hates.
I am not answering this question based on my personal thoughts as i am not a participant in any religion.
I simply know what the Bible says whether it be right or not i am unsure...i never judge something that i do not fully understand.
There is a difference in hating ppl and hating what they do.
Yes the Bible does say not to hate ppl but what ppl do is an entirely different matter.
I hate murder, crimes ect doesnt mean that i personally hate those doing these things.
Also this is a prety loaded ???Not really fair to pick on others sexuality at all.
If pll are going to use the Bible then they need to read all of it and take it into proper context

i got to hear this

my opinion: God doesnt make mistakes, if you are born gay and someone is hating because of it then you are hating what God makes...i beleive that homosexuality is as a sin as having sex before marriage...After you have a commitment ceremony you're alright...God doesnt hate.

Both.

The homosexual lifestyle is sinful,:

Leviticus 20:13 (King James Version)
King James Version (KJV)
Public Domain

13If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Jesus NEVER preached hate. Any Believer that hates ANYONE, is NOT following His teaching!

I believe they're equal, although I don't believe in homosexuality. The bible clearly states that we shouldn't hate people, although , even Christ hated the sin!!
