Not necessarily. I sing along with songs and it doesn't mean I am meaning the words to the people I am with. If he is a real man, he would tell her he is interested in getting to know her. Maybe the bike needed it, maybe it didn't and maybe he liked how she looked. Personally, I want someone to like me more than I look and to ask me out personally, not play games.
