I was talking to this girl and I asked her she had ever given oral sex she then said no cause she didn’t want to get pregnant so I thought maybe she was just miss informed so I was about to educate her. Then she asked if oral sex was when you didn’t use a condom so I laughed in her face and called her a dumbass. After a while I felt bad but it was just to damn funny. Was I wrong?

I guess being ignorant is better than being mean ie) being a dumbass is better than being a jackass...
You clearly know that you were rude and wrong, the only way you can make this right is to apologise to the girl.

Dude - you're rude.
What you should do is be gentle and kind and educate her in a more practical way.
But you have shot yourself in the foot.
