Don't do it!
I did it, I went from dark down to blonde, it killed my hair
I had to get it cut really short, my hair started to fall out!
and the funny thing is, hairdressers will do it, why? because they want your money.
I wish mine said to me, "Don't do it, it will burn your hair and make it fall out" Instead she said "of course I do it, you'll look great"
I thought I looked great until I saw myself in pictures, my eyebrows were still black!
I looked fake, so now I'm back to natural dark brown but it took 8 months and chopping my hair off to get back to this.

I have a little experience with hair. If properly managed it is possible to go blonde from black, but don't try to do it yourself. You need to have this color treatment done by a professional because you will have to get your hair bleached and you may need other lightners as well since your hair is so dark. Keep in mind: This is a super high-maintenance change (Bleaching literally strips your hair of color as well as any chemicals and moisture). I would reccommend visiting your stylist at least twice a month so that it can be properly conditioned and moisturized. If you are not prepared to see a professional at least ever two weeks, DO NOT go blonde; your hair will fall out if you try to maintain it yourself; bleaching dries your hair out so proper conditioning and moisturizing on a regular basis is key.

it depends on your skin tone. if you're a mestiza, you have a little chance that it will look beautiful. if not, it might not work for you. so my advice, don't dye it. you probably look good on your hair. black is beautiful!

I am a real blonde and us blondes don't like posers. don't do it if you have blonde friends

i would leave your color the way it is.
why? you probably look great with black hair.
don,t tamper with beauty.
