I was about 170cm when I was 14, and by 16 I was 175cm and stopped growing. I'm 19 at the moment and haven't grown at all in the last 3 years! It's possible you could do the same, that is, if you're a girl - I have no way of telling, but if so you should know girls tend to stop growing at a younger age. If you're a boy, however, you have a lot more growing to do! Boys stop growing around 18-19, on average.
All in all, don't sweat the whole height thing. Tall people always want to be shorter and short people always want to be taller! Just learn to love the way you are and other people will love it too. :)

You are in the second phase of the total three phase of height growing. The teenager in this phase age 10 - 16 can consume 30000 miligram of calcium in order to grow 1 centimeter, so you should grasp this opportunity to grow taller. While the last phase is the last opportunity to grow taller. Male (17 - 25), Female (16 - 23) - The young adult in this age group can have the last chance to grow taller, in each year, they still can grow 2 - 3 centimeter. Consume food which high in calcium, protein, vitamin B2, D and fibre can help in height growing. Activities such as rope skipping and kicking shuttlecock can help of height growing too.

Your max height depends on some variables...among those is are you male or female (your alias doesn't indicate which), and are your family members (parents, grandparents esp) tall or not?
Those things aren't the only controlling factors but will have an effect on how tall you may become...you'll max out in around 4 yrs or so and then you'll know for sure. âº

damn you, you're lucky..
basically people stop growing at age of 19. but you probably had a growth spurt and you'll just grow really slowly now.
