Is God into Horror?

Question

Jesus returns with a vengeance sounds like horror to me.

What are your thoughts on such horror "to come"?

What about bloodshed doesn't cover all sins, but "almost all": Hebrews 9:22; Leaving sacrifice lovers with a little leaven to contend with, and a little leaven leaveneth the whole, kinda like a little cancer kills the whole body. So who would Jesus have vengeance on?

Jesus is not God and will not be returning. All of mankind will be judged on actions, not on good intentions/beliefs.

All his screenplays up until now have had pretty scary themes. Lots of gratuitous gore and violence too, like a tarantino flick, but not as good. Definitely R rated entertainment- my kids won't be watching. His plots aren't very well thought out though, way too many inconsistencies. Maybe he's into "B" horror flicks.

As Christians, we look forward to Jesus' return. Nothing scary about it. He will take us home to be with God eternally in heaven. Doesn't get any better than that.

This should demonstrate just how evil sin is from God's perspective. Sin has destroyed this planet, and if left unchecked, would destroy heaven as well, corrupting everything it touches, even the minds and thoughts of people. God MUST judge sin, and once the anti-christ is here(satan's attempt to duplicate the Holy Trinity on earth), then the corruption will be complete, and there will be nothing left but to start all over.

Of course, you don't have to be on the losing side - you could take God's side by repenting of your self-centered selfish sinful lifestyle and put your trust in Jesus to rescue you from your sins and it's eternal consequences.

Everybody has that option. But if you notice one thing about this "horror to come", you'll see it's all about people who have put their fist up in God's face, so to speak, and telling God to get lost!

This is GOD'S earth, and He wants it clean. He's given humankind 6,000 years to get their act together, but they continue to fight against God.

In all honesty, if you really want to be on the losing end of the battle, that's your choice, but you can't blame anybody but yourself for the choices you make.

I've seen LOTS of both Q and A in here, in which people tell God off, they mock God, they reject Him with their words and filth that, if a child used that kind of language, would result in having their mouths washed out with soap!

And LOTS of both Q and A in here trying to warn them, tell them to turn from their sins, et cetera. But the response is sadly pathetic from people tearing down straw men to excuse their wicked lifestyles, and then calling themselves "good, moral people"!!!!

I think R&S is heaping up the guilt on this generation because so many people read about God's Love and reject it.

Right now, Jesus is offering to be your Savior. But His offer is only good while you live and breath, or until He comes back, which ever comes first. If you wait till judgement comes, He will be your Judge.

The choice is yours WHEN you face Him.

And yes, Jesus WILL return with a vengeance. Especially when you've had SOOOOOOO many chances to turn from your sins and rejected them all!

The wrath from God is for the unbeleivers..the unfaithful ones, He comes to judge the good and the bad at doomsday, and he ruptures the world, scoop up the faithful ones in one palm of His hand and bring them to Heaven in His paradise,,but for the infidels...they stay and enjoy the heat of hell..and if you are faithful to His Word and Him......no need to be frightened,...the citizens of God will follow him...........ok?

Eli intelligently designed us all. God is a cosmic energy field in space some billions of light years away. This cosmic energy field has no beginning nor will it have a ending. This energy field is made up of different types and forms of energy. The energy field is all knowing and for some aspects of its energy is in everything.

Have you heard of the big bang theory? According to the big bang the universe was created between ten billion and 20 billion years ago. This cosmic energy field to whom all praise is due to caused and gave the energy for the big bang. In fact there is evidence of Eli for energy can never be created nor can it be destroyed. Well, this supreme cosmic energy field is God and God is this cosmic energy field in space.

How can matter and energy be created ? Well, I tell you it cannot god in which is the cosmic energy field always was and always is for he is the alpha and the omega.

Now after the most high created the planets he sent apart of his energy to our planets (and others) to create life for energy is life and life is energy. The first energy he sent to our planet created Mother Nature in the bible it is referred to as angels. Mother nature is a cosmic energy field in various parts of earth and mother nature grants us with bad weather when we has humans do bad deeds. And blesses us with good weather when we as humans to good deeds.

Then, God sent more energy to our planet and organic molecules formed where ever the most high’s energy was sent. The the almighty God sent a more energy powerful energy and took the energy from the organic molecules and formed plant life. Then, Mother Nature took some of its energy and created the sun. Then, the almighty took the energy from plants and organic molecules and took a energy that was only in his energy field and fused them together creating bug life. And the most high gave each creature one a certain energy ying or yang to determine their sex.And the oh so mighty great energy field (To whom all praise is due to) followed the same pattern as followed organic molecules,plants,bugs,animals then he created us. . Each life form from organic molecules planets bugs and animals all have the energy of adaption .So that what ever mother nature may inflict on them or humans inflict on them they can adapt to the climate and survive. We as humans have different types of energy within us and energy never dies.
