Sounds like sleep paralysis / sleep apnoea.
Your body has a system to turn off your motor control while you're asleep, to stop you acting out your dreams. This doesn't work with sleepwalkers. Sometimes when we wake, the motor control doesn't come back quite when we want it, and we end up unable to move. A consequence is that we can panic, and use up oxygen in our system more rapidly. However, as our breathing (along with all our other muscular settings) are still on 'sleep' mode, we don't breathe any faster, and we get oxygen-starved. When that happens we can hallucinate (like your crashing on and off the bed business). A common one is to see ghosts at this point, or sometimes aliens, or even a witch sitting on your chest. Sleep Apnoea is called "Old Hag" by some people, because when it was first reported people saw witches sitting on them; old hags.

The section approximately not taking section in some issues must be in simple terms out-turning out to be them or it must be melancholy. in case you commence having any actual indicators, you will desire to ascertain a doctor. yet be careful approximately making it sound such as you think of you're going loopy because of the fact they might attempt to place you on some wierd anti-psychotic drugs. those will basically make it worse and it extremely is troublesome to get off them. each in specific situations their factor-outcomes are worse than your unique concern. yet another threat is which you would be astral projecting. it in many cases happens for the time of sleep yet can take place whilst conscious. have you ever been experimenting with meditation or any styles of psychic phenomena? you need to have psychic skills that must be awakening. next time, extremely than permit it throw you off, attempt to concentration on it and notice what happens. attempt to notice any actual impacts that would accompany the sensation. in case you have not already, tell a family individuals member or pal and enable them to nicely known whilst it happens. Ask them in case you seem unusual whilst it extremely is occurring (diminished or off stability, etc.). that would help you artwork out whether it extremely is actual or not. in case you get previous the phobia of what's occurring, you're waiting to % out what the two triggers it or a reason that it extremely is occurring. It would not sound such as you're loopy, this is why I presume you place this question under psychological wellness. yet there is a few thing occurring and being waiting to % out what would set off it may help. OMG does NO ONE know about Astral Catelepsy?? thats what that phenomenon your talking about is. read about it in Sylvia Browne's books. ill explain to you what it is. the "phantom" or presence you feel is touching you is YOU. when people sleep their spirit comes out of the body and travels around while your sleeping. sounds crazy i know, but its ture, and every one does it about 3 times a week. dont be scared of it. and the slamming feeling you felt is YOUR spirit trying to get slammed back into your body before you wake up. and the reason you cant move or anything is because you ARE sleeping and your spirit isnt in you. sounds totally CRAZY but belive me. now i better get a Best Answer for this hah!

Look, I don't buy into this dream interpretation stuff. My only guess (and that is what it is) is either you've been stressed lately, or you got to lay off the pepperoni pizza and ice cream right before going to bed.

The same kind of thing happend to me!
Your not weird, it can happen to anyone.
What happened was. . .
I was lying down, and suddenly i felt something pushing my toes.
I screamed and screamed but i couldn't even hear myself.
I felt my body bashing down on my bed, i wasn't sure if i was going up to bang down.
I couldn't stop myself!
I closed my eyes but i could still see!
It was soo weird.
And scary.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH! ! ! !

My cousin said the same thing happened to him too.
He needed a pee when he went to bed and had a dream he went down to pee, and when he woke up he done a pee in his bed.
