Each branch of Armed Service is different on the rules. I suggest that you contact someone in the legal division of their branch. People will say what they think- Legal will give you the Facts!

you need to be more specific, hard to answer a question without details. but here is some basic info. Only the Army allows officers to have personal relationships with at least some enlisted personnel. Only the Navy prohibits all relationships between senior enlisted and junior enlisted personnel. But what is more, enforcement is uneven, with the Air Force considered most likely to prosecute. Most of the rules I found online had to deal with enlisted and officers, as it could compromise the chain of command. They also have a bunch of rules about officers not being able to borrow money from enlisted personel and vica versa..I was in the navy when females weren't allowed onboard so this was never an issue for us back then.. but my niece and her husband both serve in the army, so i guess it's ok .. I think they usually prefer it not to be a member of the same squadron , regiment , etc.. you can easily google "realtionships, fraternaztion in the military"

Your question is unclear.
If the two soldiers are male and female, relationships are not prohibited but will be stopped if the C.O. is aware of it. If they are same sex, it will be stopped when it's discovered. Don't ask, don't tell does not mean free reign to do anything. Relationships between an officer and an enlisted is prohibited by the UCMJ, section 290.67. Court-martial or Captain's Mast will occur as a result.

Relationship is allowed between two enlisted soldiers if not scandalous and will not conflict with work.

Vague but if they are close in rank and have no command/supervisory roles over the other it is not considered fraternization. Usually the rank thing is one above and no more, common interpretation of the rule, but if one works for the other then it is a different thing altogether and would be a you cannot do that. That could lead to favoritism or people thinking they are playing favorites and that would effect the unit and unit moral/performance.

I had a few enlisted's (Specialists and some Privates) that dated each other. I generally didn't mind it, as long as drama is kept to a minimum, and they are not in the same Squad. I also counseled (not on paper, just face to face) them on it when I discovered that they were dating. I don't think it's wise to date someone in your Company (much less Battalion or Brigade), but that's just me.

its fine as long as ur ranks dont have a conflict and u dont allow ur relationship to interfear w/ur work. also make sure neither of you are married cause thats a no no so just be sure and stay clean. other than that enjoy your relationship to the fullest!!!

as long as one doesn't have any kind of intrest over the other like one works for the other or one writes evaluations for the other...it is ok. it just can't affect each others work make sense?
