Do I take it before or after I work out, or both?!? thanks in advance.

Both is usually best, but it's more important that you take it within 90minutes afterwards. Hope that helps :]

I take protien supplements after a workout then eat something high in protien like tuna, beef or turkey.

Hi, look on the packet. How many times a day does it advise? If it says twice a day do both and if once, it does not make a difference if you have it before or after your work out.

When you are working out, your body isn't focusing on digestion,and would not do a good job, the supplements would not be absorbed efficiently. I would wait at least 30 minutes before or after the work out.

you should really be speakin to a dietitian at your nearest Health service place, depending on your genetic makeup it's really bad to get into all sorts of supplements without knowledge from professionals, sometimes supplements are more harmful then helpful


personally a thing of marinated steak, or roasted chicken prvides better protein than supplements

When you need protein....if your diet doesn't consist of proteins then you need a supplement.

Just eat right and and you won't NEED the supplement..

Lots of fruit and vegetables will help! Too many supplements won't hurt you either.

The more the merrier!
