I am sick with an absolutely horrific cold...(please read on)?

I have a runny nose, a stuffy nose, sinus headaches, sinus pain, sinus pressure, please help me, I've tried everything I can think of and none of it helps. THANK YOU!

You didn't mention what you've already been taking or tried.

Afrin nasal spray works wonders. It will clear up your stuffy nose in about a minute. Once you get that problem taken care of, it should help a bit with all the other stuff.

As for other medications, I think everyone's body reacts differently to medication, so you need to find something that works for you. I use Theraflu - which seems to be the only thing that works for me - and Nyquil at night.

If your throat hurts, have a teaspoon of honey....or cut up a lemon and pour honey all over it. Drink hot tea with honey, put vicks vaporub on your neck and chest and set up a vaporizer in your room.

Get plenty of sleep. Drink plenty of fluids. Eat plenty of chicken noodle soup. Take vitamin c and zinc daily. Take 2 tylenols.
I also strongly recommend drinking reishi mushroom tea. It can help strengthen your immune system so you'll be less likely to get a cold in the first place.
