I have a 3 yr older brother. his 17. Since a few weeks ago. Everynight he will hug me when we sleep. we stay in the same room but he has his own bed. i dont mind him hugging me but its a little awkward. usually we will quarrel in our rooms but now he was very good to me. when we sleep, he would stay on my bed and ask if he could sleep with me cause he wanted to hug his little sister. i love him cause he was really nice to me recently. but sometimes while he hugging me, he kissed me. is it normal for siblings? or is our relationship is very good?

No, there is a problem here. Your brother is leading to a sexual relationship here with you. You need to let your parents know. You cannot be in the same room with him. You are too old for this. Do not let him kiss you like this.

i do not know what the present arrangements for sleeping are, but there appears to be a potential for exploration in a sexual sense between two teens. no, you shouldn't be sleeping in the same rooms, the brother's needing a comfort premise could be a form of going farther. get separate rooms. a hug outside of your rooms would be more appropriate, " not in it." kissing is not a part of our social or moral concepts between two relatives. The Western culture looks at this as a form of intimacy preluding a sexual content. The parents ought to be more vigilant and educate themselves, "before its too late!" I want to say I'm having trouble believing this question is even for real...and probably isn't ! but....Nope not normal..and since your are 14 then you already know that....Plus A 17 yr old boy and a 14 year old girl should not be sleeping in the same room anyway,,,not appropriate.

The fighting part is normal. And its normal to hug your siblings. But it is not normal to fall asleep hugging your sibling and kissing them at the same time. That is pretty much what spooning is, and its not right to spoon a member of your family. He is 17, he should be in his own bed. And I think its time you and him got different rooms, its okay to share a room as a small child but as soon as puberty sets in on one child its time to separate them.

Wha? No! It isn't normal, he's perving on you. He shouldn't be in your bed at all, for any reason. Ideally, you wouldn't even be in the same room, but I don't know your living situation if you have another room to go to.
Sorry, I don't mean to freak you out, but that 'hugging' stuff needs to stop, immediately!

dont put the fire near the gas and say what could happen.
it is a basic instinct in all guys believe me , do everything that happens usually between sister and brother except hugs and kisses.

This doesn't sound right especially if you are uncomfortable..... Me and my brothers are very close but not that close..... Tell him he needs to sleep in his bed, so you can get better sleep.....

i can't judge your brother but if u feel uncomfortable with it and i think its awkward just tell your mom and dad about it. be open to them at least they are aware as early as now before its too late.
