I can see why you are asking this here, a quick google search turns up nothing on the web about either incident.

Maybe if you contacted the Union Carbide public relations department you could find out more about Bhopal.

For Chernobyl, look in the phonebook for the local Ukranian or maybe preferably Russian, embassy.

Good luck. Whatever you do, don't google either word, that's pointless. Nothing whatsoever is available on the web. Go with UC PR department and the Russian embassy. They both love telling the general public about each incident.
