how do you get rid of pimples and pimple scars on your back???

how do i get rid of them they are not serious like puss or nething put i have alot of acne marks how do i get rid of it and clean the area for the rest of them to go away?

There is a product from University Medical that is called Acne Free Scar Eraser. Their products are very good. Sometimes just good old fashioned vitamin E will diminish scars. If your back is oily, then I recommend you exfoliate with a scrub or a loofah with an acne product. Avoid those with salycilic acid, as it doesn't work as well as benzol peroxide. Follow up with a toner preferably with witch hazel in it as alcohol tends to overdry the skin. You don't have to spend a fortune in a spa to get the same results at home.

You can actually schedule a "back facial" at a spa. It's like a facial- cleansing, exfoliation and a masque, only they do it on your back. It's very common. As for scarring- laser treatments work the best. They can be costly, but TOTALLY worth it!
