9 more sleeps till I get married.

The nerves have finally set in. I am a wreck. I walk around pacing half the night. I worry that something will go wrong, that I will trip over, my dress will break, you name it - It is running threw my head.
I love my man so much, but it is really scary yet exciting. We have been together for 7 wonderful years, lived together for 5. So it isn't going to make any difference in my life.
Can you help settle my nerves???
Thanks in advance

PS- I should point out I can't take Sleeping Tablets, as I am 18 weeks pregnant, with our new addition. We already have 2yo twin boys

First of all, be thankful. You aren't having second thoughts about your man, and that means that you have really found someone.
Second, you really love him don't you? Then it doesn't matter if anything does go wrong because you love each other. This is just a day to celebrate your love, not a day to panic over.

If you really are panicking, try this. Make a checklist of everything that needs to be done. You can go over it the day before the wedding, or whenever you feel you need to.
Also, make a bridal emergency kit.
It can include any of these things:
Sewing Kit, including safety pins and small scissors
Nail file
Nail polish in the bride's shade
Makeup (you'll probably have this there anyway!)
Straws (for drinking without messing up lipstick)
Hairspray
Brush and comb
Bobbypins and hair elastics
Hairdryer
Tissues
Hankerchiefs
Lint brush
Earring backs
Baby powder (also useful for getting out last-minute spills on a white dress) or Tide 2 Go
Eye-drops (look for redness reducing)
Contact lens solution
Acid relief
Smelling salts
Antacid
Mints
Tampons and pads
Headache medicine (bring two different kinds in case one of the bridal party is allergic)
Band-Aids

One last thing, the night before your wedding, take two green tea bags and wet them a bit. Then freeze them. In the morning, if you wake up with puffy eyes, you can put them on your eyes for a few minutes.

First of all, congrats on both wedding and baby!! I am getting nervous and I have 9 MONTHS to go, so i can only imagine what you are going through! All of the answers so far are fantastic! I think you also need to find something that relaxes you. When you feel your nerves working, close your eyes and take some deep breaths and think, every thing will turn out fine, over and over until you feel better. Listen to relaxing music while you are laying down somewhere. Have your man rub your back!

No more caffeine
Avoid food that fires adrenaline.
Fish
Rice
Grapes
Peas
(It does this because the body turns these things into L-Methionine, an amino acid. Adrenaline is the fight or flight chemical response to danger. Sometimes our biological responses are not really appropriate in 2007)

Do eat foods that turn into L-Tryptophan
Coconut
Turkey

Now on to herbs
Valarian Root - tastes bad, but works very well
Chamomile - usually tea
(both good for pregnant women)

Just remember that at the end of the day you will be married to the man of your dreams. Nothing else matters. Charish every moment, and dont worry about the what if's. You love him and he loves you. That's all that matters. Congrats on the wedding. And just relax. Everything will be perfect.

Congrats, congrats.

Warm milk, chammomile tea, and honey. Be ready for bed. Within 15 minutes of drinking you'll be sleepy. Chammomile and warm calcium are natural sedatives.

it's not uncommon to have bridal nerves. But IF your not ready to get married. Then I would suggest not getting married. I wish you much joy.:)
