PAX Has a great answer for you except for the part about dumping him...... Should you dump a person every time a problem arises in a relationship?
Did anyone suggest that you tell him that when he talks about other girls and how nice their breasts are it really makes you mad?
You also might try communicating with him that you require just a little bit more than him being with you to prove you are the only one he wants...
While it may be obvious to you ~ your guy may not understand how much this bothers you.... Hopefully he will show you more respect in the future once he understands this is upsetting you.

You did say no counselling ... didn't you.
Different people have different views about this.
Some girls think that he should be able to look but not touch (It doesn't matter where he gets his appetite as long as he eats at home)
Some girls think that he should have his eyes put out for thought crime like that
Aren't you full of hormones and going to turn into Mamma Jugs any time soon?
Do you think you can trust him?
Some girls would get very mad at him.
Perhaps you can explain to him that he can look (hard to stop him from looking) but he should not be telling you what he thinks of the other girls.

Duh!!! Dump him and move on to some who honours and respects you enough to not engage in such demeaning behavour
That crap is damaging to your self esteem. 'Scuse the use of the vernacular but he's pi$$ing on you and calling it rain!! And people can only do to you what you let them do.
On second thoughts, still dump him but spend some time by yourself and focus on building your self esteem. Trust me nothing is more magnetically attractive than a woman with self love, self respect and confidence. Once you're on this road, you'll attract amazing men!!!!! I know this from 1st hand experience.
If you can't bear the thought of parting with your boyfriend 'cause he's not all bad, think of the qualities you enjoy and appreciate. Then visualize those same qualities in a man who will also respect you. :-)

When he says stuff like that, it's shows that he doesn't have much respect for you. Like when my sister's ex met me and the first thing he did was look at her and say "your sister has bigger boobs than you."
Tell him to stop. If he doesn't, find yourself a guy who shows more respect, because you deserve better than that.
