i was brought up with the first ones and im sticking to them but it can be confusing if i say im meeting someone at diner time!

breakfast, dinner and tea....when i say im goin for ma ta, they all think im goin for a drink lol ;)

It depends on what you eat,and when. I'm a breakfast , lunch, dinner person because I take a snack to work for lunch and have my main meal- my dinner- when I get home in the evening.
If you eat your main meal in the middle of the day, then that's your dinner and then I presume the food you have when you get in in the evening is your tea. This then gives you the extra bonus of being able to have supper as well, (which southerners apparently use for their dinner(evening) ! Odd ain't it?!

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner! Tea is tea, not a whole meal. If someone said they were going to invite me for tea I'd expect tea and maybe a sandwich... not a whole meal.

right now i'm a breakfast, lunch and dinner, i've never heard of breakfast, dinner and tea, but it sounds interesting. maybe i'll try it!

Same here, but also, some folks {esp the old timers) say, breakfast, supper, dinner! LOL & that gets confusing!

I eat when I am hungry and feel like spending money. I really don't stick to a schedule. I probably wouldn't eat if I didn't have to, I don't enjoy it. I know that I will eventually become hungry so I take care of it. Don't get me wrong Ive lived with families who sit down and eat square meals (brunch and dinner mainly) and really didn't get used to it.
