We are thinking of buying a house in Tas. We are from the Sunshine coast in Queensland and are used to warmer weather. Just wondering how cold it can get.

Anyone else make the move from QLD. Would you recommend it?

Hey Im from the Gold Coast and own Property in Tassie,

its not that bad ay, down there this time of year it is really nice, around mid twenties during summer or even thirty sometimes.
Gets cool in winter but if you live near the coast its very pleasant. I go down four times a year and love it.

It gets cold in the winter and warm in the summer.
My old neighbours were from Queensland. They coped really fine.
Where I am it has been sitting at around 30 degrees all week, plus we have had a few thunderstorms bring some rain of a night.
During the winter I don't think there is a morning where I walk out my front door and not see a white frost.
The people are friendly though!!!!

We had been thinking of moving over to South Australia. It is basically the same as Tassie, but they have better Hospitals. Our hospitals suck!!!!!
