Only if you purchased a valid lotto ticket. Either purchased in a shop or on line.
If not them it is defiantly a SCAM.

You can't believe this. If you got an email saying you won, just delete it - it's a very common scam, and you didn't win anything.

If you respond, they'll tell you that you need to send them a delivery fee or courier fee for your prize. That's where the scam comes in. If you send it, they might come up with other "fees" - then eventually you just won't hear from them again. And of course you'll never get your "prize" - it doesn't exist.

With Instant Win Games the system will notify you on-screen whenever you win and the value of that win.

Having purchased a ticket in a draw-based game, you will be notified following the draw, if your ticket has won a prize, when you next access the site. If you play using your mobile phone we will send you a text message to advise you when you win.

The details of any win will also be shown on the ‘My Instant Win Games - Games Played’ and ‘My Banking - View Transactions’ areas within ‘My Account’ on the website

Be very careful, this could be a scam if it came over the net unexpectedly. They may want personal details; do not give them any. You will find loans and all sorts of horrors can be done with such info.
