Join your college ROTC. Like the Ateneo Air Force ROTC! Long live the Wing! Long live the Wing!

Hahaha. After college graduation you can enlist yourself a reservist (aka weekend-warrior) or a full time aerospace cadet. Or you can skip college and join-up, but i suggest the former.

Take an aircrew position. You can do air traffic control on an AWACS, you can do intelligence work on any of a number of special mission planes, in-flight refueling, etc, etc. The list goes on. None of the jobs I listed require you to be an officer.
