She and her cousin were drunk and they ended up having sex. What should I say to her to make her feel better about the situation?

as long as it doesn't happen again, I also think that AA would be beneficial to your friend. As far as the comment from Shamera or what ever her name is....I am a southerner and I 'm sure that incest is not a SOUTHERN thing, how ignorant can some people be??

To be glad it was just a cousin. There are cousins that have gotten married, sure it may seem really weird becuz u r thinking of them as a family member but they are a distant family member ..meaning not a full blood line just half. It's been done zillions of times, not to worry.
Tell her she had a sexual encounter w/ the half tht is not any relation. That should put a smile on her face.

Just tell her that it was an accident.......because, neither had the proper sense of understanding what they were going for at that moment of time........after all, both were drunk.

well it you're from the south, i guess that is common.
if not, just get her in AA because these things are not suppose to happen. and what is done is done. can't turn back time, but change the future with the actions you take now!

And tell her that you don't think any less of her and that it was all just a mistake and it will blow over.
