yea i am seein thinew girl.. and we both really like each other. she is insecure about her weight, which isnt even there..and she doesnt want to have sex because she feels insecure... what is a way i can get thru this? it would be good for me and good for her as well, but shes too afraid she looks bad but i tell her and think shes perfect.

Move on.
Explain that you are not a qualified therapist and that is evidently what she needs.
The last insecure girl I went out with (and rescued from her verbally and physically abusive ex-) eventually was so insecure that she decided if I didn't constantly feed her compliments I was being verbally abusive to her. She broke my front door trying to get in at me. I had to call the police.
If your girl is so insecure that she can't reason, get out now. It's not your job to make her better. She has to find her own way to sanity.

She's got issues and definitely has body issues. She probably needs professional help so leave her alone and if you are not happy not having sex with her then move on.

As its a new relationship , give each other some more time. May be she then will trust u more. Make her feel comfortable when she is wid u.
