Go in the bath and soak your legs in warm water for about 15 minutes and then put some nivea sensitive shaving gel on your legs and shave them slowly and lightly with a venus vibrance razor and then shower your legs of with cold water to close the pores and use palmers coco butter lotion on them after.
And they will look smooth and sexy without the rash and itchyness.

Have a good soak in the bath. I use a nivia gel and a guys mach3 razor. Massage afterwards with damp warm cloth and apply some E45 cream over full area.

check the razor blades for faults or rust and using a sensitive one is a good idea, also use an antiseptic shaving cream might help.
If the problem persists maybe waxing or hair removal cream is better for you.

Get into the bath, let them soak for a few minutes, apply gel and shave in the opposite direction to the hair growth. Use clean water to rinse off. Apply non scented body lotion - works for me!

When shaving my legs i use baby oil. It sounds messy and slippery but i had the same problem. Just try it and you will be amazed at how much it changes your legs.

make sure your legs have been warm in hot water for a while bcause if you have any goose bumps you will definitely be itchy after. Either us a lot of soap or of corse shaving cream and put uncented lotion on after and your legs shouldn't sting or itch.

Try a different gel - maybe you are reacting to it. If not, shaving may just irritate your legs, try waxing instead. I wouldn't recommend depilatory creams if your skin is that sensitive.
