Drink no more than 2 cups of tea/coffee a day.Have some milk or any other health drink before going to bed.Time spent between your dinner and going to bed for sleep shouldn't be more than 40 minutes.Your dinner should have some cereals along with some other normal stuff.
It's always nice for anyone to make it a habit to go for long brisk walk.It's also should be a regular routine to exercise daily for about 20 minutes and gradually increase the time span for this.This exercise may be just a few push up and stretching your body in all directions.
You may be case suffering from mental fatigue.To avoid this , read Magazines or Books which you have interest in or watch light movie before going to bed.....that may increase the lapse of time between dinner and going to bed for sleep.....it hardly matters.
Never sleep in the day time.Pray for a while before you finally take position to sleep.OK?

walk, jogging first thing in the morning... no napping during the day... if that doesnt work... u might be deppressed, are u always thinking about 1000 different things at night.. hes your mind going crazy... sadness... u might need to see counseling.. not sure.. what your going thru but try the jogging and excersing in the moring.. by night time.. take a warm bath.. youll be sleeping like a baby
