I feel terrible. I am very sad. My boyfriend just broke up with me.
I can't sleep, I am so sad over this. I feel alone and like I have nowhere to turn. I don't know how I will manage because I really was in love with this guy. I feel that there is nothing worthwhile about me. This guy was so sweet...he surprised me with a homecooked meal by candlelight; he asked me out and called me all of the time...and I feel like an idiot because I actually though he felt the same way about me as I did about him...stupid, stupid!! Nothing can ever work out for me...I'm so sad...

Stop lashing yourself over this! He might have broke off due to some other reasons not directly related to you, but didn't want to admit it.
Cherish the good that you recieved from it and carry on. Life has a way of healing and often in very wonderful ways.

I'm sorry you're hurting. I've been there....the overwhelming feeling of emptiness and sadness. You'll eventually get tired enough to get some sleep. You'll have to try to find ways to keep yourself busy. Talk to someone if you can. Writing about your feelings is good too. As difficult as it might be right now, you will eventually feel better.

Aww, babes, don't worry! I've got the same condition as you... just try to occupy yourself. Go out with friends, have a laugh, get tipsy in a while. But obviously, at night, you should try and go to the cinema with a few more mates. If you really can't handle it, then maybe you should go for counselling? They helped me. Very much.

get some sleep. go shopping tomorrow and spend an obscene amount of money. spend time with your real friends. your ex didn't see you for who you are. you're not worthless. you just lost yourself in your relationship. a lot of boys will plan surprises for you. that doesn't mean every guy that does it is 'the one'. find yourself again. get a few hobbies and learn to love yourself again. then you'll be ready to open your heart to someone new.

dont worry about it . move on i know thats impossible right now but. if he hurt you like that hes not worth your tears.
ive had breakups before and every time i moved on .
and got new boyfriends ; and guess what - all my old ones always come crying back . or .. they become scary stalkers =)

im so sorry. i know how you feel. me and my wife ive known for 17 years are on the verge of divorce. chalk it up as a learning experience. dont let him make you put up walls. try to stay open to people still. or he wins. just be more cautious. you arent alone sweetie. every body goes thru heartache. and my heart goes out to you.
