satisfied customers = return customers= new customers.
dissatisfied customers = no return customers = no new customers.

Public relations folks say that the story of one dissatisfied customer reaches an average of 200 people, while the story of a satisfied customer reaches many fewer.

Disatisfied customers are what can ruin an otherwise good business.
