There's no atheist equivalent to the Bible or the Koran, or any other religious text.
There are several books about atheism and/or one atheist's view on religion, and there's several websites covering the same information. However, there is no doctrine or set of beliefs or rules to atheism. Atheists vary from person to person.
An atheist is simply a person who does not believe in any god. That's it, and that's all.
There's no rite, ritual, or ceremony to becoming an atheist. If you don't believe in a god, you're an atheist, that simple.
Contrary to the misinformed opinion of the person directly above me, atheists can believe in anything other than a god... ghosts, fairies, an afterlife, psychics, etc. You'll find that many are skeptics, but not necessarily all of them.

No Web site. No Book. Give up being brainwashed. Search for facts. Really "study" the Bible. Study religion. Ask questions.
Ultimately... do not believe in the existence of a deity.

Unlike some religions or denominations, there's not specific way to become atheist, other than to stop believing in god/God/gods.
Merriam-Webster's definition of an atheist:
"one who believes that there is no deity"
That's all there is to it!
Yes, there are books out there that deal with atheism and whatnot, but there's no set handbook (such as the Bible, Quran, Torah, etc.)

As someone above said, reading the FULL bible is a sure way of becoming an atheist, though having a good education might also work.

Read the entire Bible. Learn about the history of the Bible, Christianity, other (earlier) religions, and thousands of other gods and goddesses.
There is no atheist Bible. There is no atheist dogma or religion. Atheism is the disbelief in any gods. Anything else falls under some other category.

There are plenty of books on atheism and websites where organized atheists hang out, atheistalliance.org and infidels.org for example, but there's no dogma, no requirements to join a group or read/buy a book. You simply stop believing in fairy tales, even if people try and pretend they are real and call the fairies god or Jesus or Allah.

it was show and tell day at the sunday school. little heather had brought in a tiny flock-lined box.
'and what do you have there to show us, heather?' asked mrs. emmett.
'our ridgeback ***** - kasha - had three puppies, miss. and they are all baptists!'
the children pointed and cooed at the tiny wriggling puppies. mrs. emmett told heather what a good girl she was, and was deeply impressed with the child's devotion.
three months later mrs. emmett was winding up the school before the summer holiday period.
'how are the puppies getting on, heather?' she asked.
'o, miss. they are so big and mischievous. their ridges are coming. and every single one of them is an atheist!'
this wasn't quite was mrs. emmett had been looking for.
'heather,' she said sternly, 'when you brought them to the show and tell, you told us the puppies were all baptist.'
'yes, miss,' heather answered openly. 'and so they were when they were first born. but their eyes are open now.'

If faith of any divinity is there, even if you label yourself atheist it would be like catching a piece of paper in the wind...
Atheism is a statement of mind and belief, has nothing to do with rituals, ceremonies nor application forms
