the ones im taking now are called diane 35. they have 35 mcg estradiol and 2 mg cyproterone acetate in each pill.

Don't take two every day or just sometimes because you feel like it.
But if you miss a pill, it is okay to take two. Get out the patient insert- it has all this information.
Example: if you normally take your pill in the morning and you forgot to take it this morning, you'd take it as soon as you remember. That could mean taking it this afternoon or evening. But if you don't remember until tomorrow morning, you are supposed to take it tomorrow along with tomorrow's pill for a total of 2.

It would either have a bad effect, no effect, or a good effect.
Since we're not doctors its hard to tell, but if the doctor or the label says to not excess certain dose you should not as it may be harmful for your health. Talk to your doctor.

Never double the dose of any medication. You could cause serious problems.
