Lets say if the escort turned out to be a cop, would this be legal. I don't mention anything about sex. Would it be legal for the cop to give me a BJ and go though the sex, just so they could bust me. What would this be called. Someone at my work that is criminal justice said that they will do what ever they have to to bust people including having sex with them, and then busting them.

they didnt force you to go with her... but she wouldnt go through with the sexual acts... that doesnt happen.... but if she offers and you accept.... then yep...youre busted...completely legal

If a female cop gave you a BJ without you ever offering her money to do so, no crime would have been committed, so there's nothing to bust you for.
Decoy cops also never ask you for money for sex. The charge is "soliciting for prostitution", so what she'll do is maneuver the conversation until YOU offer money for sex.

Your scenario would never happen. Cops don't have sex with people and then bust them, that would be entrapment. The decoys bust people for "soliciting" as soon as price is agreed on they bust you. They get the "john" to ask for sex.

The undercover cop won't actually do anything with you. As soon as it's apparent that you have agreed to pay money in return for sexual activity, she will break her cover and arrest you.
