Lots of countries including Third world Countries like Mauritius Give all employees one month Bonus at the end of the year or pro-rata-----but not U.K.--WHY?

because u know third world countries r not progressing so don't expect a bonus...like me i didn't get my bonus and i belong to third world countries...and I'm not expecting..so i advise u don't expect to much....

Labor unions must strike in UK for the implementation of the 13th month pay just like in other countries.
