The religion of "Looking outside yourself" for affirmation or condemnation. Until we all look to ourselves first, for both the evil and good that is happening in the world; there will always be someone else to blame.
Wether it be idea, relationship, or victimization: The best and worst of the world is really found in ourselves, if we care to look deep enough....

Worst in what way? In outrageous beliefs? In their destructive power and influence? In the fundamentalism of its believers? There are many factors to consider. In fact, I don't think I could choose a "worst" religion. The Abrahamic religions are pretty much a tie for badness, but each for very different reasons.

Islam because it is based on the lies that the pagan arab moon god allah is the God of the Bible and muhammad was a prophet sent by the God of the Bible. Read the koran for yourself and you can see that it includes warnings to those who believe in it, such as where allah refers to himself as a terrorist and tells muslims to chop the heads off of infidels (8:12) like muslim terrorists are doing now. Then there is also the part of the koran that tells muslims to beat their wives (4:34). Islam teaches things the real God of the Bible has defined as evil.

As a Pagan I'd have to say ANY fundamentalist group that believes there way is the ONLY way and goes about hating those that feel differently. In my own personal experience that would be the Fundy Christians (not your average every day Christian) but for another person it would be different.

Theologically, it's LDS, hands down. But their non-religious precepts are just fine; their emphasis on industry and self-reliance has made them a major force. For adverse effect on society as a whole, Islam is the clear choice; the prohibition of interest on money has been a major contributor to lack of development, and the advocacy of jihad has been all too often an excuse for anti-social activities.

It's a toss-up for me- Hinduism, because of their poly-theistic stance, which makes everything into a god. This keeps them in constant bondage to things and nature, which are only creations of God.
The other would be Islam, not because of the morals they do practice, but because of the violence of their god, who seems to hate everyone who isn't Muslim and wants all non-believers to be forced to convert or be killed. At least Christianity doesn't do that. Why would anyone want to serve a god of hate?

Scientology... but that's probably more of a cult than a religion.

The ones that aren't around anymore. They must have been bad enough to die out. Eventually they will all die out.
