FYI, he barely bailed out anybody in the mortgage bust. Like 3/4 of a million families, maybe 800K, and if anybody were to check, those are more than likely union members who were able to buy first from a credit union at a lower interest rate to start with, with far better guidance than the average citizen on the loan itself, and with payments deducted directly from their already directly-deposited paychecks. The Fannie and Freddie money just went from one hand into another...that's why they are both still floundering.
